100's of Little Decisions ©

In a world where we book our time in 5 minute blocks, measure money
in tenths of a percent, and athletes win or lose by hundredths of
a second it is truly the little decisions that count. Our habits,
our integrity and our unexpected joys do not come from the big,
and obvious decisions. Rather, people make hundreds of little decisions
that take them in a given direction. Change, growth & achievement
are about making hundreds of decisions - little decisions - every
day. Evan will share stories from his life as an endurance racer
and professional career showing the power of little decisions.
"No one 'Just Does' anything!" - E. Weselake
Parallel Strategies,

for a Performance Mind
Stress, burnout and lack of focus are often symptoms of mental exhaustion.
Years as an elite sponsored endurance athlete have taught Evan techniques
for Resilience, and Motivation. Methods for greater mental recovery
and greater performance, right therein the moment. These techniques
will be equally applied to any performance situation. A presentation
highlighted with real life stories from endurance racing that provides
insights and tools to build your performance mind.
"Managing Energy, Not Time, is the Key to High Performance
and Personal Renewal" - Jim Loehr
